SHIPPING POLICY- DOMESTIC
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. We use FedEx for delivering all shipments within the US. Fedex shipping method options and the corresponding rates are provided at checkout. If shipping to a PO Box, USPS priority mail is the required shipping method. Coral & Tusk is not responsible for any Fedex or USPS delays, delivery errors, lost or stolen packages once the package has been shipped and tracking updates have been generated. SHIPPING POLICY - INTERNATIONAL
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. We use USPS and FedEx for shipping international deliveries. Both USPS and FedEx shipping method options and the corresponding rates are provided at checkout. The recipient is responsible for all incurred taxes and customs duties. International deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which the receiver will be required to pay upon receipt. SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged to NY residents on all taxable items.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
We do our absolute best to have all listed items in stock. If the item is out of stock for some reason, we will notify you immediately via email with a revised lead time on delivery. At that point you will have the option to accept the revised delivery date or cancel your order.
GIFT WRAPPING
Coral & Tusk provides gift wrapping upon request. Please indicate if you would like your purchase gift wrapped in the "special instructions" box on the ordering page.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns for store credit or equal merchandise exchange within 30 days of order. Please contact us to obtain a return request form prior to sending back an item. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Damage/defect claims must be communicated within 7 business days of package arrival. Shipping costs and any damage resulting from returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

LINEN
The linen that we use is made from 100% unbleached and undyed natural flax fiber. There is an inherent beauty in the shade variation from one crop to another. This variation stems from a range of natural factors including weather and soil contributing to soft fluctuations in the natural tones which start from seed and end in a beautifully woven natural cloth.
